GDB bearing ( GDB-1 bearing & GDB-2 bearing complying with ISO4379 and DIN1850)

GDB bearing is a kind of oil-free and maintenance-free bearing. The bearing is made of cast bronze with solid lubricant plugs. Cast bronze provides high-load carrying capacity and solid lubricant plugs enable the bearing to operate dry without additional lubrication.  It is particularly suitable for applications where the severe working environment makes regular oil-supply difficult or impossible and meanwhile hydrodynamic lubrication can't be achieved, like applications with long dwell periods under static loading, with rather low sliding speed in high temperature, corrosive or water environment and so on. Good resistance to shock load and vibration at low speed is also the bearing's advantage.
GDB-1 bearing GDB-2 bearing
GDB-1 bearing is made of CuZn24Al6  which has superior heavy loads carrying capacity due to its high hardness. The bearing normally uses two kinds of solid lubricants, they are respectively graphite plus MoS2 compound for general applications in air and graphite plus PTFE compound for special applications in (sea) water. GDB-2 bearing is made of CuSn6Zn6Pb3  which bears moderate loads. This bronze material has good wear resistance performance due to its high density. The bearing normally uses two kinds of solid lubricants, they are respectively graphite plus MoS2 compound for general applications in air and graphite plus PTFE compound for special applications in (sea) water.
