JF bearing ( JF-80 bearing & JF-72 bearing  complying with ISO3547 and DIN1494)

JF bearing is a kind of oil or grease lubricated bi-metal bearing. The bearing is made of two-layer composite material which consists of steel backing and sintered lead bronze. It is suitable for a wide range of lubricated general engineering applications and is the cost-saving solutions to replacing conventional casting and machined bronze bearings.
Material structure

Sintered lead bronze is fully compacted by rolling. This bronze lining, acting as the sliding surface, offers the same property as conventional casting bronze. There are two kinds of lead bronze for different applications, which are CuSn10Pb10 and CuSn24Pb4.

 

Steel backing provides high load carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation.
